We came in super late one night just passing through. Called ahead and the owner told us we could just pay up the next morning. Nice and quite with pretty views. Very affordable for full hook ups as well. If you’re in the Burns area definitely stay here!
Great atmosphere. Good food. Good value. Friendly staff. Be sure to discuss with the staff how you want your beef cooked. You may want to order it a notch under your normal preference. Menu is prudently simple; they know what they do well. My understanding is they're just starting up the business, so it will will only get better. I wouldn't hesitate to go back based on my experience.
A great park, full hook ups, great view, away from Hwy, lots of room, friendly and helpful owners. We stayed two nights, would of stayed a third but for schedule.
We were looking for real, not fast food, while traveling through the Burns Hines area. Boy, did we ever get a wonderful surprise! Great food, great atmosphere & service. My husband said it was the “best French dip he’d ever had” & my New York steak, mashed potatoes & beans were amazingly delicious! Anyone living close enough to Bosch’s Big Bear Lodge is lucky. We’d eat there at least once a week if we lived closer!
Food was excellant. Once you finally got it. Atmosphere was blah. Everyone patiently waiting. Beautiful building what a waste. This place could be remarkable. Probably will not be back. Expensive to boot. Not exciting. No energy.
