Americas Best Value Inn Burns

It's excellent, right on the highway yet quite, comfortable and very clean. Great staff. Either brand new or freshly renovated. I just wish the price was a little less. Best place that I have stayed in this year!

Absolutely, hands down, the most polite lady working the front desk I have ever met. Every time you saw her she was always having a smile and always willing to help with any question. During theses covid times you have to reserve using the pool in 30 minute increments. Something they didn't tell ya when reserving a room, my only complaint lol. The rooms were spectacular and super clean. The upstairs rooms all have their own Lanai!! Super comfortable beds!!!nAnd a great pizza place across the street!nThank you so much!!

Older hotel with lots of recent updates. Customer service was great, and the lady working the front counter was very pleasant even though we arrived very late into the evening. Liked staying on the 2nd floor and having a private balcony. Room decor and furniture were outdated, but very clean and comfortable. No complaints! Would stay here again.

The staff here are awesome !nMy wife and I broke down here in our uhaul in this little town called Burns Oregon . We stayed at another hotel close by and it was pretty rough we found this place and it’s perfect ! The front desk people were very nice and comforting and even helped with routes to get back on the road when we are fixed and ready to get back on the road . Balcony’s are pretty big and have a good view . You get your choice of coffee ,orange juice and apple juice and usually a dessert of some sort in the morning which are very good . I wish we would have started with this place in the beginning instead of going to the other hotel we went to .nAlso huge ac and heater in the room keeps the room cold and hot perfectly . Huge size mini fridge/freezer . Microwave in the room and coffee maker bath tub is a good size as well as bathroom . Overall a great stay and well worth the money .

It’s not the nicest place to stay in the world, but it gets the job done for a night or 2.nnWe had 2 rooms, as we have a large family. The rooms were fairly clean, the beds fairly comfortable.nnThere isn’t really much to complain about... It may not be the most “modern” or luxurious place, but I don’t think you’re expecting that if you’re looking for a place to stay in Burns—That’s not intended to be a knock on Burns. It’s a semi-charming little town that almost feels like it’s still part of the old “frontier,” despite all the cars and technology around.nnTheir breakfast is currently limited, due to Covid. They essentially laid some pre-packaged danishes on a counter. I’m not sure how much more expansive their breakfast can be during normal times anyway, as there is limited counter space in the lobby.nnTheir pool was open when we were there, though access was limited, and we weren’t interested in using it anyway.nnStaff was fairly friendly, though I did get a sense that they were a little wary of guests... I don’t know if they deal with a lot of people trying to sneak things into their rooms (like undeclared pets or extra guests) or if they were just paranoid, but I did feel like I was being watched every time I went out to my car to get something. A little uncomfortable, but if you’re not doing anything against their rules, they won’t bother you.nnOverall a decent place to stay with decent value.
