Best Western Plus Hartford Lodge

Spent the night here on my drive from Seattle to LA. I started my drive late at 5pm after work and got here at 11:30pm. The staff were uniformly nice. They all wore masks but they had those exhalation valves which releases everything. All the rooms had their own air conditioning which is a huge plus at this time - it was try main reason why I chose to stay here. The room was clean but pretty dated. There was a nice plug in unit on the night stand for charging all your electronic devices. There was a pretty large room fridge I used to chill all my drinks. I would stay here again on a road trip.

A nice hotel after camping. Bonus that I could park right in front of my room since I had a baby, 2 dogs and a ton to stuff to unload. Room was super clean, had toiletries, and they provided me with a free crib. Plus microwave and fridge WITH a freezer section. I wanted to stay for days. The pool and hot tub were open but you had to sign up for a time slot per Covid regulations.nnThe absolute best part was the staff! They were so friendly and helpful that I felt completely safe, which is important as a woman traveling with an infant

This hotel has thought of everything! Beds are comfortable, coffee in the room, extra blankets and pillows in the room waiting for us. Tv had direct TV and my daughter loved watching her favorite shows. Makeup vanity was a awesome plus. Only downside was that the pool was not heated and breakfast was only offered from 6-9am. Spa was nice but almost too hot for longer than a few minutes. Otherwise still a great place to stay. Also allowed for late check-out! Thank you !

We frequently stop here on our trips to Portland. The rooms are always incredibly clean and well cared for. The staff are amazing! They go out of their way to make our stay special.

I had a short but nice stay. The hotel rooms were very nice. Look forward to going back after covid-19.
