Excellent management and available units are always fixed to their best before they are sold/rented

I wouldn't rent or buy any place that in ran by the current management I would have put zero stars but that's not an option

Difficult to get questions answered in detail when calling about a trailer for sale. Clean park. They have a high standard of requirements to move in, yet I know people living there who don't meet them so they must work with some people.

My uncle lives here. Its a great trailerpark and has nice people running it.
