You won’t find two people more committed to providing a great customer experience, whether you’re in the market to purchase something or not. Karl and Kyle have decades worth of knowledge and expertise and truly care about the community and giving back. Typically, they host a few different youth-oriented, free events throughout the year and everyone has a great time. They want everyone to feel welcome in their shop and will make sure a kid is never left out. Their attention to detail is impeccable and if they don’t have what you want in the shop, they will work to get it for you. It’s harder and harder to find people that truly care about what they’re doing and put in the quality work to reflect that, but the Poynter Brothers deliver every time. If you’re from out of town, they are worth the trip. There is certainly no other shop out there like theirs. If you don’t know where to start and have no knowledge of skateboards, scooters, paintball/gear or bikes, they will guide you.
