Friendly with good service! Would definitely recommend! A little pricey though.
I booked this hotel a few weeks ago and when I showed up the receptionist said that I needed to put a $50 cash deposit down. I have never been required to put down a cash deposit before and offered to put my credit card on file. They would only accept cash though. I asked for a receipt for the cash deposit and the receptionist refused to give me a receipt. He said it was against their policy to issue a receipt for the cash deposit. My wife and I left and stayed at a different hotel in town (which did not require a cash deposit). Seems like they may have some type of scam going. I would look elsewhere.
I literally booked a room got a confirmation number and because it was too early the owner said that I was wasting her time that she didn't have time because she didn't think that I had money. I told her to please give me a moment while I transfer funds from one account to a different account. The front desk lady and the Man in the office became very verbally volatile with me and started yelling with my two-year-old son who was asleep iin his father's arms. never before have I been treated like that I would never want to even spend my money or go back and stay at a place like that. I don't know why people own hotels if they run off their customers. They didn't even have but maybe two or three guests staying at the whole hotel anyhow based on the parking lot.
Staff was not friendly at all. Room did not have toilet paper in it when we got there. No extra blankets available. Small tv.
The lady who checked me in was very nice. The man running the front desk in the morning, presumably the owner not so nice. It was clean but a lot of damage in the room. The bed was comfortable. Man was very disrespectful in a chauvinist type Manor when telling me he charged my card and additional pet fee. Had he looked at his own records he would have seen it was a service dog
