The staff are amazing! Sandy and Lori were so wonderful. We visited from out of country for 6 weeks and they treated us so well. They were very accommodating and made it feel like home away from home. Thank you!

I’m in Roseburg, Oregon because my mother is hospital. I was staying at Super 8 because it’s close by and I regret it. First, the manager had a horrible attitude at check in and i found hair all over that bathroom counter. Our second night we had toilet water falling from several places in the roof. The toilet water got on a lot of our belonging, including my MacBook Pro, which has all my pictures. It was absolutely disgusting and my aunt got the feces infested water on her hand, which has an open wound. We are very concerned that we may have contracted something. I’m going to have some test run because I’m worried that we could have contracted something from the toilet water. Not only that, we stayed 2 nights, but I was charged for 4. We were offered $2 in quarters to wash our belongs. I made a video, which I will be sharing on social media. This hotel has disgusted me, caused me to feel like I might have a disease and my computer will not turn on. At check out some girl named Ashley behind the counter told me that “at least I get a free night” and that is so disrespectful, especially since I was charge for 4 nights but only stayed 2. There is no amount of money anyone could pay me to stand under toilet water. This as caused mental distress for my aunt and myself when we are already going through a lot with my moms health.nn**********************************************nUpdate: it’s been months and we still haven’t heard from the hotel. I have contacted them several times and was never given a solution to the issue. Worst hotel to stay at and they don’t care about guests/customers.

Great service. Out on business and forgot my wallet back at the warehouse. The clerks worked with me and got me all set up. Thank you.

Check in lady was nice, fast and professional. Hotel was clean and updated. NO BREAKFAST of any kind. Hotel vould at least offer pre packaged grab n go items. However; after I checked in and went to my floor it reeked of weed that someone was smoking. Walls are thin. I fell asleep for 3 hrs, then was woken up to a party/gathering going on in the room next to me. Heard, doors slamming, knocking, conversations, laughing and coughing (which I assume was due to smoking.) Finally called the front desk at 3 am. Not sure if the hotel lobby lady made it up there or not.
