Motel 6 Roseburg, OR

I was evacuated from my home due to a fire.. Lexie the front desk young lady was so helpful with letting us know of donation lunches and how to get help with paying for our rooms.. Lexie thank you so much for your kindness

The room was filthy, there was what appeared to be blood splatter along the wall and on the floor under the window, the safety bar was defective and shut inside the room when I went out, I had to have someone cut it off so I could gain access again but, that wasn't the worst of my experience. My car had the passenger window & windshield busted over night while parked directly in front of the motel. This is not a safe, nor acceptable place to stay - ever.

While the desk check in personnel were friendly, the room had a flat screen that didn't work right, only half role of TP...probably less since I ran out in one night, the thermostat didn't work right and the window was filthy. The price was decent. I did get free WIFI. Restaurant directly next to it. Right off I5 for travelers.

At this time I am unable to put any stars as I am extremely unhappy with the way I entered the room was dirty the beds were not made right there was blood all over the wall when I first walked into the left the bathroom was dirty there was no shampoo no conditioner, the sheets also did not fit for beds. I am extremely disappointed in the way you run your business. This is not the first time that this has happened when I've come to the state in Roseburg, I will not be staying at motel 6 ever again.

I had almost $1,500 worth of items stolen/vandalized on my motorcycle when I was informed it would be okay in their lot.nnThe manager refused to give me a $75 refund for my night stay.nnDon’t tell me my bike will be safe in your lot when clearly this is an ongoing issue.
