Sleep Inn & Suites Roseburg North Near Medical Center

What you'd expect from a 2 star hotel, for the most part. I'm giving it 3 out of 5 stars because the front desk attendant wasn't wearing a mask, even though now, during the pandemic, there are signs all over the motel requiring all guests to wear masks. Some guests were not wearing masks, either. We also noticed that our small coffee pot in our room didn't appear to have been cleaned beyond perhaps removing the grounds from the last use. This prompted us to wonder - did they carefully disinfect the room?

We are very pleased with our stay here. Clean & spacious rooms. Hand soap in the restroom was a nice touch. Clerk was helpful.Located close to the highway the noise hasn't been a problem. Pool and spa needs TLC. TVs in room tiny, and difficult to use..

Was a great stay. Rooms were clean and fresh. Pool and hot tub was fun and much needed for unwinding after a long day. We'd definitely stay again.

Stayed there two nights. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Best breakfast so far during the Covid (great burritos). Clean rooms (had two different rooms, because we originally were only going to stay one night, but came back after doing stuff in the area with our kids-go to Wildlife Safari!). Was worried about having to schedule pool time, but it worked out. We asked if they had times before we booked and then we're able to reserve once we checked in. Would likely drive up from LA again for the weekend to explore more.

The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean. They brought us a pack and play for our 8 month old grandson to use. Thank you for your kindness. 10/28/2020
