The location is good there's a Bar around the corner a little market and gas around the corner Safeway down the street the landlords aren't to bad and the price is fair

Run down and drama filled. They don't even use contracters they just SUVsknCk

I give it 5 stars cuz most people won't go there. And if you do, don't plan on sleeping. My aunt is extremely loud and yells at her downsyndrom dog allll night and day and night

Called this trailer park and the lady seemed very straight forward.nnOne of the few that will rent to us poorer people who can't afford the fancy brand new rvs.
