Riverfront Inn - Roseburg

This place was wonderful. The staff is beyond kind and helpful and they make you feel right at home. When we first arrived and checked in it was like they had been waiting to welcome us upon arrival. We got exactly the accommodations we requested in terms of room request and amenities. Room had a mini-fridge & microwave, coffee pot, flat screen TV, and our bed was exceedingly comfortable. Room was clean, tidy, and stocked; lots of towels, and the front office was available and responsive if we needed anything. Manager maintains a good presence around the property and is very friendly. Our room was on the front facing portion of the hotel, but the back faces a beautiful park along the river with balconies. I really liked the breakfast that was offered. They provided a menu slip, make your selections and choose the time you would like it ready. They will give you a ring if you haven't made it down, which was nice. Typical continental breakfast selections, but all were fresh and good quality. My hubby would go down to pick up breakfast which we then enjoyed either breakfast in bed or at the little window side table in the room. There is a nice outdoor pool, but we did not use it during our stay.nGreat place, will definitely stay again if back in the area.

I had to evacuate my family because of the fires in our small town of Shady Cove. The front office manager Krystle Vanburger gave us the best hotel service I have ever experienced. She assisted us andMade us feel like family during our evacuation. We are so grateful and I cannot ever express in words how the team here help the family during thisTraumatic time for me and my wife and our Large family of small children. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts.

The front desk staff were very nice, bubbly. Room was adequate. Hotel is a bit old could use some updating, but if your just rolling three perfect.

All the staff (especially Barbara) were awesome. Very accommodating. I loved the private sun deck and being able to have a fire down by the river. They even supplied the wood.

I love Barbara the evening clerk...so friendly, helpful, professional. I ended up asking for about three different things and she had a smile on her face every time and even delivered them to our room. Our room was very clean and effort had been made for it to be nice. We were able to change our room for our second night and get a room with a view of the river and I loved the balcony and the windows. I can only imagine how hard it would be to run a hotel during the virus period. The morning clerk remembered our name...personal touches... They found a wonderful alternative to be able to serve us breakfast. Even allowing us to choose the time to pick it up. I will definitely come back!
