!!!!! DON'T GO HERE !!!!!nI'd like to start off by saying I never write reviews. This is the 2nd business in 4 years that I've written a review for, and it's the only business I've left a negative review for. This is one of those places if you had the option to put 0 stars, you would. The RATS running around the Quality Inn are FAR more pleasant than the staff here. By far THE WORST hospitality I have EVER experienced. It's no coincidence that EVERY SINGLE yelp review written for this place this year is 1 star!!! Talking to the unprofessional, extremely disrespectful woman who claimed to be the owner was both chaotic and concerning. And when I asked her for her name she refused to give it to me. Again, I don't ever write reviews but if it saves someone else from an experience like mine then I'm happy to do it. If you're in this area and in need of a place to stay, Comfort Inn Roseburg is right across the street. Comfort Inn Roseburg has been WAY more accommodating, professional, clean, informative, and helpful. Go to Comfort Inn instead, the difference is night and day.

Had a slightly hard time finding a hotel with vacancy due to the fires but the gentleman at the desk was helpful and got us in a room quickly. Room was nice and clean. Had a hard time with the tv figuring out which remote to use for what. An older couple might have a harder time with it. Had a coffee maker in the room as well and ice and a vending machine right around the corner from my room

Horrible place to stay at, horrible!! The room they gave vus looked poorly cleaned. The bed sheets had coffee stains. The carpet was sooo dirty that the bottom of our feet turned black from walking around with no socks for a little bit.nThr WORST thing, they didn't clean our room, although the cleaning lady came in the morning as we are leaving, and asked if we need the room done. We said yes and explained that we would like our sheets replaced, and we need new towels. We came back at night to be surprised that the room was as we left it!! She didn't clean or even did the bed!! Completely unacceptable.nThe breakfast is limited due to covid-19 regulations, so you have to ask the receptionist to get you a yogurt or an apple from behind the counter, so not really a breakfast.

Tried to call the local number to front desk. first two times the phone rang and rang and ring and ring and ring and ring and ring and ring until it was intolerable and I hung up the third time they answered and then hung up. I used to work for choice hotels in the state capital and very very poor customer service the information that was needed to be provided to that front desk was very pertinent and I guess I would just hand it over to corporate

Rooms were not clean. First room had dirty footprints in the kitchen, large stains on the couch, foul odor, and sheets that had dirt on them. When we brought this to the attention of the gentleman at the front desk, he provided another room. It was not an improvement.nThe second room we were provided had half-eaten candy under the AC unit, the counter-top in the kitchen had a sticky substance on it (thankful to not know what it was), the min-fridge was not working, dirt on the sheets and a large stain on the top cover, and footprints on the wall to the side of the bed.nAfter letting the front desk know about the condition of the second room, we were provided a vacuum and lysol to clean the room ourselves. We tried. Even with us cleaning the room, it still smelled.
