Rose City Motel

The reader board clearly said vacancy, I rang the bell and inquired about renting a room. The woman was so rude and said she didn't have a room even though from the looks of the empty parking lot, she had plenty of rooms. She told me the sign didn't mean anything. Very unprofessional and tactless.

The owner was super nice and friendly and gave us a very nice price. The rooms aren't huge but they are very clean, nice smelling, and comfortable. There is an absolutely wonderful little garden patio area out back that the owner obviously puts a lot of time and effort into caring for. I would definitely stay here again if I ever find myself in Roseberg again.

My husband and I live in our RV, we was looking forward to getting out of the heat and taking showers for one to two days, we called for two days to make sure they could accommodate us and they said no problem,we took a taxi there paid for our room with no problem until the blond lady that runs the motel saw my husband which is a biker and refused to give us a room because she didn't like his looks. We still haven't been reimbursed for the $75 we paid. This is not the first time we or other people we know have been stereo typed by this woman. It must be nice to be able to refuse rooms because you don't need the business and you're biased. I would not recommend this place to a dog

Friendly service, clean room. Charming quirky little motel. I love it! I can't give a 5 star rating to a little 3 star motel but I would definitely stay here again. Also the room was much bigger than expected. Complete with a bedroom, living room and full kitchen. Feels like home.

No cats allowed....limited parking.
