Nice and clean yards ..management seems to care about residents.
I visited here once the office manger was helpful kind of rushy away me so to speak want to much in my opinion for the rent of these but they do have a nice play area for kids I saw that it is close to the street. It also looks like a clean and safe place to live.
They dont fix nothing are all I have been here for over a year and was promised my home to be fixed and I got nothing done at all. I was promised money off if I resigned and that was a lie. No 1 Will call me back or fix anything.nThey do have a new person in the office now and I'm hoping she can turn everything around for me.
Cool place I work there
Lived here almost two months now, and we are very happy.nCynthia was outstanding at move-in time. Community seems quite safe, neighbors friendly. Our new singlewide is shockingly like a site-built house.nThey are in the process of moving out old homes and replacing them with new ones. Maintenance staff friendly and responsive over a couple small issues we had at move in. Will never go back to an apartment.
