Recently came up from Louisville to tryout several Rad models. Jim was very knowledgeable and helpful in describing the differences in the bikes and asking questions regarding our riding preferences to help us find the best bike for us. The trail was convenient and a great place to try the bikes. We look forward to returning to EZ and the trail.

My wife and I have been contemplating the purchase of an electric bike so we decided to go to E-Bike Rentals to rent a couple bikes. The experience was very positive. Jim was extremely helpful in providing information on the different styles of bikes and the features of each. As we are novice to electric bike riding, he showed us exactly how the controls worked. He made sure we totally understood before we took off on our journey. I highly recommend E-Bike Rentals for a day of enjoyment or to try out different electric bikes if you are thinking about the purchase of an electric bike.

We rented several e-bike styles on a beautiful fall day and had such a great time. The location is clean and well organized and how convenient to be right next to a bike path. Jim was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We had a quick lesson and practice and off we went to explore the path. Highly recommended!

We drove from NE Ohio to test out some Rad bikes. A long drive, but it was worth it. Jim was very knowledgeable and let us try out some bikes that met our needs. A great place to check out if your considering the purchase of an Ebike. Located next to a really nice paved bike/hike trail.

Amazing, I was able to test ride the E-bikes I was considering. Mr. Yanan was extremely helpful and knowledge about the RAD E-Bikes. I had been hesitant about buying a bike until I was able to ride the different models.
