I have lived here with my mother, older brother and I since June/July of 2019. The owner of Maples Trailer Park has always been very respectful, kind, and is a generous man. If it was not for Andy I we would have not had a place to go. We have three cats and every place I tried to get wanted no pets, only two cats, or a crazy depoist/extra rent per month of them. But with Andy as long as you take care of the trailer and don't let them run around, he doesn't care.nnAndy has done a lot of work to this place over the last year, I give him 5 stars cause he is the best landlord I have had in a long time and it is a rare thing these days.nnKeep up the great work Andy!

Great landlord, reasonable prices
I see the owner working all the time. I've talked to a few people and they say it's way better than it used to be. I think it's a quiet place to live and I've had no problems. I like it here.
