Staying at this hotel was an excellent experience from the initial phone call to make the reservation until our check out. The gentleman who made our reservation was very helpful and the front desk ladies working the night of 8/17/2020 and the morning of 8/18/2020 were extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were great; you could tell the sheets were freshly laundered and the water pressure in the shower was great. Thanks for an excellent stay and please congratulate your staff on the great jobs they are doing.
Very clean! Beds were comfortable and I slept really well for a hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
I travel for work and need decent internet access. The internet here is the slowest I've ever experienced at a hotel. Do not even bother paying for their premium packages.
Hampton Inn's are nice hotel's and I have stayed at other Hampton Inn's without any issues. However, this particular hotel has positive cases of COVID-19 and they are not reporting it nor are they turning guest away. If you stay more then 1 night, they will not clean your room because they don't want to expose their staff, even if you ask them too. They are not being up front. When confronted they avoid answering your questions and blame everything on their protocol (with a bit of an attitude). It wasn't until they were pushed hard before the truth came out that they have had positive covid cases and blamed it on international travelers that have been guest.
It was good except the fridge didn't work and I was traveling with some perishable food.
