This is an excellent hotel. The check in was fast, the rooms were very clean, the pool was nice, and breakfast was delicious. We also rented a king size bed room and it was so spacious. There is a lot of good shopping within walking distance of this hotel. Also Greenfield Indiana is one of the safest cities in Indiiana. Holiday Inns are top notch and I am never dissapointed.

THEY ARE WONDERFUL AND COMPASSIONATE.nI was on my way to Kansas from New York. I got a hour into Indiana and struck a deer and totalled my car at 4:30am. The sheriff brought me, my 3 month old and my cat to this hotel and they showed me so much gratitude and we're so compassionate towards me. The manager gave me a hug as I was sitting in the lobby crying because I had no one there to support me. They allow pets but they do not allow cats, however she made an exception given my situation. I have never in my short years of living have experienced so much compassion from strangers, let alone a business like this. I will forever remember their smiley faces and their love they gave out to me, my baby and my cat. I'm beyond thankful

Have stayed in five different HI expresses in the last two weeks. This one was nice and clean. Best staff here. Plus sanitizing emphasized withWord at entrance. although front desk didn’t wear masks all other staff did. About half guests were masked. Best breakfast.

Horrible... the front desk works not come from behind the desk after waiting for 5 minutes... I knocked on the door and no one answered. I walked back looking for front desk person and spologized ... I needed new sheets (I already called the front desk and asked for sheets and told I had to come get them... which is totally fine ... this is 4 pm Saturday afternoon) I come to the front desk ... no one is there ... My 83 year old mother had to wait 30 minutes For me to return to the room... quote from Brooke... “I don’t care about your mother”... I am embarrassed for your establishment to be treated so rudely .... there is no bell to let her know I was at the front desk ... but wait ... I called her and told her I was coming .... so sad that you discriminate against the elderly.
