Place is gross on the outside and I would never consider even stepping foot into one of the rooms. The place houses a ton of predatory offenders. I would suggest that you stay as far away as possible from this place.
The people in the office are so friendly and will bend over backwards to help you the lady Maria is super awesome
I was a former resident here and I didn't like the way my family and I was treated the apartment I was in the door was kicked in way before I moved in and when I told the management they said they would fix it and never fix and they kept the heater off most the time half the time we were freezing cause of the cold weather when we were living there we had found out there was 3 sex offender living there and we were never told that before we moved in my neighbor was always asking for rides and when we told him no he started messing with our car tires and my aunt and uncle' neighbor is always banging on his wall when their grandbabies are playing and another thing is that apartment 9 is always nosing in our business. I also didn't like the fact that Maria the manager had started rumors about my family and I she even called me on my cell phone and was being inappropriate with my cousin she was even caught breaking into my apartment while I was gone and her boyfriend Chris is a sex offender and he came into my house without my permission then he demanded my husband to come into the living room my family paid rent two weeks early and they didn't want to give the money back when he found a place
If you want cock roaches, bed bugs an mice an bugs crawling under the door. An dont mind being around child molester, an rapest.
