Mitch did an excellent job helping me pick out a bike that fits everything that I wanted. It’s been such a long time since I have ridden a bike and he was very kind and patient in reviewing all the basics of the bike. They made the whole process of buying the bike, assembling the bike rack and helping me put the bike on the rack painless and easy. I was impressed with how well they dealt with and acknowledge multiple customers coming in at once. Very professional and friendly. I will definitely be getting all my future bike equipment and repairs done here. THANK YOU!

Had a rear derailleur cable snap a mile out from this bike shop. They took us in, fixed it up within half an hour, and even helped us with a missing bolt on our rack. Highly highly recommend the friendly guys here at this shop, service and parts were also inexpensive. Much love for this local bike shop.

A very nice shop, especially for being in Greenfield. Mitch does awesome work! I had him build a set of wheels for me...Bomb proof!

I really can't say enough good things about this place. The employees are super friendly, incredibly helpful, and have obvious knowledge on bikes.nI was expecting to pay a bit more to support a small local business, but that was not the case at all. Their prices were SIGNIFICANTLY better than other bike shops in Indy for repairs and parts. I was able to get a new tube and have it installed for a fraction of what BGI charged me. That alone makes it worth the drive for Indy honestly, if you're not already in Greenfield.nI know where I'm going for all my bicycle needs from now on.

The young man was extremely nice and helpful. On the other hand, the woman was not very welcoming when we entered the store. She was very rude and bland when she stated, “What do you need?” I was caught off guard and very offended. We tried calling the store a couple of times with no answer so we decided to visit the store. Definitely will not be visiting again nor will they receive any of my business.
