Completely satisfied.nBed/mattress was GREAT.nIn room coffee,nMicrowave and refrigeratornCould hear people from hallway but nothing after bedtime. The pool area looked nice and clean.nOnly offered honey buns, coffee and juice for breakfast because of Covid-19.nOnly reason not 5 star- could use a little extra cleaning behind the night stands.

Absolutely disgusting. Do not stay here! This place is obviously in trouble. Stains all over everything. Zero maintenance being done. The entire second floor smells of food being cooked. Wouldn’t stay here again if it was free.

We have been driving over 8 hours and finally get to this hotel which is pet friendly. We have one pet dog with us and one service animal. We explain that we will happily pay the pet fee for the pet dog but will not for the service animal as that dog is considered medical equipment in the eyes of the law and hotels are not allowed to charge a fee for them. We argued with the front desk lady who was saying it didn't matter and we would have to pay 2 pet fees. After demanding to speak with a manager, they say they would waive the pet fee but only the service dog is allowed. Which makes no sense given the hotel is pet friendly. So now we need to find a new place to stay. Called the days inn and explained the situation and immediately they assured they would absolutely not charge for the service animal and we are welcome to stay at their hotel. So thank you DAYS INN for following the law and shame on SURESTAY PLUS for discriminating against guests with disabilities.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Absolutely disgusting. The halls stunk, room stunk, the pillows and bed were musty smelling. There was mold in the microwave. The backdoor was broken and you can enter without a keycard. There was multiple other issue's we had, but these were definitely high on the list. I called to speak to a manager once we were settled (traveling across the country and there was no one available at the front desk while there) and the woman on the phone refused to give me a manager or name and was yelling at me. Best Western was NO help with this issue in getting into contact with a manager. Very disappointing they'd have their name attached to this place.

Stained bathroom ceiling in bathroom. No ice bucket or plastic cups. Mold in microwave!! A/C did not work. I would not recommend this Best Western Plus. It is far from a Plus!!!
