Nice and helpful! I needed cables replaced on my bike and they completed the job for me before the Labor Day weekend. I was so happy to have my bike back sooner than they estimated. ☺
It's a good local bike shop that most communities this size aren't lucky enough to have. Solid advice and competent wrenching available.
Saved Our Summer!!nnBrought my failing 700 dollar Thule EZ Fold Bike rack in with little expectation of success. The rack was an out of state purchase and our warranty replacement was delayed until September - a supply chain thing. Needed the rack to carry two heavy ebikes. There goes fun in the sun - or so I thought. Collin took a look at the failed mechanism and instantly came up with a solution and had the problem solved in minutes. Wow! A lot of talent here. Will be our go to place hence forward. Mega thanks Collin!!
This place was a letdown, both in customer service and repairs. Definitely will never go back.
