I’m out of state, and my grandmother needed some work done on her house in Cincinnati. After her trying to contact businesses just for a quote and not hearing back I reached out to Klayman roofing and remodeling to see if he would be interested in a gutter job, and some future remodeling work on her home. He was there within 24 hours for a quote that would beat any competition (had they even come out) and had the job done within the week. Very appreciative of the quick response and scheduling time. Will definitely use and recommend again!

I feel that I've had a good customer service throughout the entire roof replacement process. He said what he was going to do and then did it. He was accessible and quick to respond. He was easy to communicate with.nnHe replaced our roof in November when the weather was cool and before the shingles had the time to seal from the warmth of the sunshine. Unfortunately, we experienced a 50 mph windstorm that blew off some shingles three days later. I texted him during the windstorm of the proble and within an hour he had an associate out who fixed it, explained why it happened and told us to call right away if there were any more problems. Now that is customer service. Trust, reliability and responsiveness is hard to find in this day and age. That is why I would recommend Klayman Roofing & Remodeling.

1000% pleased with the work that was done and the communication. Klark was a life saver. Literally. Our porch roof could have fallen at any time and they addressed everything that needed to be fixed and did it at a very affordable price. All new porch undercarriage (cut out and replaced all the rotten wood), gutters, down spouts, soffits, and installed gutter guards. Thanks again guys! Super awesome job!

Klayman did a lot of concrete work for me . . . Added parking pads to my driveway, added to my back patio, and added concrete pads for pool storage. They are efficient and do the work as agreed and with quality. I will use them again in the future! Great company!
