'Mom and Pop' shop type care and personal touch, but with the backing of top notch crew and reps, and a really professional established process.nnI put off doing my roof for a long time because I feared it would be an administrative nightmare dealing the with insurance company. One distinction of Over the Top from other companies is that they handle all of that for you. I was present and informed, but Tony met the insurance rep on site and they spoke the same technical language during the inspection and he was able to push and get more covered that the adjuster missed. He was then great at translating it all back to me in a way that helped me know what to expect cost-wise and to make informed decisions.nnWhen the time came for the crew to do the work, they were amazingly efficient and did a great job that left all my neighbors impressed and asking for Over the Top's contact info. Highly recommended!

I am very pleased with my new roof from Over The Top Roofing. Tony Piacente, their representative, helped me through the process. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. Over the Top Roofing is lucky to have him as the face of their company.nnTo my surprise, my new roof was up and on in one day. The gentleman preforming the job were organized, quick and also very professional.
Over the Top came and surveyed our roof after a big storm and worked with our insurance company to get everything covered. They replaced our roof and gutters and it was a great experience. It took some time because they were working with the insurance company to ensure everything that needed to be covered was covered and we are happy with the end result! Tony was so helpful in answering all of our questions and the installation itself was quick and clean.
With the help of Chelsea Parr , I was able to get my new roof within a couple weeks . She helped make the process run smooth . I had two layers of shingles taken off and new flashing in one day!
