We needed a new roof, and address water-damage in problem areas around the entry and above an add-on sunroom. River Roofing stands out from the other contractors in their ability to install heat-tracing and do in-house metal fabrication. They came up with custom flashing to address exposed wood (sunroom parapet wall) and installed a high-quality roof and heat-tracing system (nice, concealed, heat cable in valley's and eves).
