Sleep Inn & Suites

I made reservations for this hotel 2 months ago and was told i could have a shuttle pick me up at 3:30 am to take me to the airport. When i arrived that was not the case. The manager on duty siad the he would call and drive and ask if he would do it, if not he would find a taxi and the hotel would pay for it. The shuttle driver said he would pick us up. Flight changed to 1 pm thank goodness. The hotel was very nice, clean and the rooms were beautiful. Breakfast was very good. I will definitely stay again!

Decent hotel for the price! Rooms are clean and spacious but the walls are incredibly thin - so expect to hear your neighbors! Even during these times, they are offering free breakfast although the pool and common areas are closed. Staff could be more serious/safe as far as wearing masks properly however.nNot a bad stay overall!

The breakfast is in a grab bag. Nothing special. The gentleman at the desk when I checked in with great along with the gentleman when I checked out nice friendly people beds were comfortable slept really good. So went down get some breakfast choice of cold cereals were oatmeal yogurt and the fruit. Get a carton of milk it was just colder than lukewarm.

Probably unbeatable quality for price in this region as far as hotels go.nnOur first time in Central Oregon and ended up booking a stay here during July 4th weekend.nnThe hotel is conveniently located in Redmond. A welcome respite when driving from Portland. 10 minute drive to Smith Rock. A launching point to visit the attractions in all directions.nnThere is easy parking. The room is super clean. Fridge and microwave. The beds are comfortable. Because of the ongoing pandemic, the breakfast system is done well and a very important perk considering many places have stopped breakfast entirely or only cold - you go downstairs and someone will give you what you want from the menu - cereal, breakfast sandwich, coffee, etc in a bag.nnThere is an Italian restaurant basically in the same parking lot that we ordered pickup from and it was convenient, fast, and tasty.

I stay here for work (Horizon Air pilot). It's a fairly good hotel, and staff are friendly. It's slightly dated, and sometimes (not always) has some odd smells. But the rooms are generally quite clean. My rooms are paid for by my work, so I can't really speak to value for money, but it's a fairly decent, standard hotel.
