The hotel was well maintained, clean, comfortable and staffed with friendly people. Especially during these times, it is great to walk into a room and not only see but feel the care taken to prepare the room for my arrival. The bed was quite comfortable and the work space was large and flexible.
I don’t mind hotels that aren’t super nice or haven’t been updated for a while and I was able to look past the hallway that looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks, the stained carpet in our room and the ceiling vents with caked on dust, but when I found this trash in our room that did NOT belong to us, that’s where I draw the line. The staff was friendly and helpful but I would not stay here again.
Liked this hotel, breakfast was ok considering the whole Covid thing. Room was clean, staff were great. All in all, a good stayn(They get an extra start as I had a package delivered the day I left so they contacted me and offered to forward it on)
The location of this Best Western was exactly what I needed. It is close to the main highway and convenient to fast food and upscale restaurants. It served my purpose well.nnI am confident in Best Western's attention to COVID-19 cleaning policies and will continue to stay at this chain hotel for my road trips in the coming months.
Great service, great staff, exceptionally clean room. An overall great experience! Definite recommendation
