I cannot say enough about the experience we had with Brad and Brooks Roofing! We got several estimates before deciding to go with Brad, and he was hands down the best choice out there! Competitive prices, name brand materials and lots of colors and styles to choose from, but the most impressive thing about Brad was his customer service! He was there to quickly answer any questions and went above and beyond to help us work out our insurance claim and battled right along side us to get everything in order and approved. It was, at times, a tedious and frustrating process but he consistently encouraged and supported us and even came out and took some extra photos for the adjuster. This guy is in it to get the best outcome for his customers. He hung in there and was so good about being available and doing whatever it took to get it done for us! He wasn’t in a hurry and didn’t get impatient and pushed through!nThe end product is gorgeous and we were highly impressed with the team! They came and worked diligently all day and then cleaned up and left the place spotless like they’d never been here! They brought a small dumpster that was delivered and picked up, and took up very little space on our drive! They had to replace two skylights and they are a huge improvement from what we had before! Inside and out! We’ve had several compliments from neighbors already, on the entire job!nIn the very near future we intend to redo the siding and gutters on our house and Brad is already working up an estimate for us! He will help us with color choice and style like he did before! This guy is a rare find in this business! We’ve never worked with someone so eager to truly help and make sure his customers are completely satisfied and happy! You won’t get better service than Brooks!

We could not be more happy with our experience. We had a leak in our living room and called Brad for an estimate on a temporary fix, by the time we were done we had an entirely new roof. He helped us understand how our homeowners insurance worked and he worked directly with the adjuster to make sure we got everything fixed. His crew was super nice, professional, had the job done in one day, and they cleaned everything up very well! He even took care of the drywall repair on the inside of the house. Again, that crew was super nice, quick, 9and the work looks great. We plan to replace the siding on the house sometime in the future and will definitely call him for that too!
