Immensely offended by the general manager and his accusations, extremely unprofessional and rude. The GM made several startling and may I add quite shocking statements, verbally attacking and threatening my family. Also, came unannounced to the house, the GM jumped the gun and not only assumed but spoke to us in a manner as if we were criminals. I would not recommend using them, solely on the fact that he belittled me and my family and spoke to us in an very disrespectful tone and almost as if he was better than us, talking down to us. Perhaps once they learn some etiquette manners and how to handle issues with customers “Customer support”, they may find more favorable reviews up here.
They harassed and threatened my friend and her mother by saying they were going to file a Lein on their home for not paying when they had already agreed on paying them and had already paid over half the owed amount.
