I give zero stars it was gross, roaches everywhere and I mean everywhere, these people should be put out of business. The lady at the front office was great Soo thankful for her she gave me a refund was completely understanding. I don't see how anyone stays here roaches on the wall and in the beds. I walked in my room and walked right back out. They trick you with the picture of the rooms online. Thanks to the lady at the desk think Kia or Tia pretty light skin lady thanks for being awesome. But that motel needs to be shut down!

I had booked my room online and when we got there it was suppose to be a double bed with two beds and it was a lil bitty one bed only I had never turned the lights on though. So I have them fix it for me we get a new room I walk in and bathroom awsome but then turn lights on roaches everywhere I tell the man working nights he gives me two room cards tells me pick one so we go to the first one which is on the third floor turn lights on roaches everywhere. We go to a totally different floor the 2nd one and even different side. Turn lights on its ok at first and then little bitty roaches everywhere even the ceiling. I was done at this point. I went and got my money back. And I'ma give them a 1 star only because the man working 3 rd shift was an awesome guy and understood my problems and returned my money with no problems. But they need to get there business in check because that was trifling and I won't be back..

Always a good place to stay, great staff good Prices won't stay anywhere else.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here a few nights ago and it was better then to be expected. It was clean, the staff was great, I would give 5 stars but the heat kept going out but he receptionist on duty that night Andrew was awesome! He couldn’t get in contact with maintenance so he came and fixed it himself. He was polite and professional! Will definitely be back!!!!

Worst stay in my life. The room wasnt bad. The phone didnt work. The TV remote did not work. The lights in half the room was missing bulbs. The air and heat did not work. Was lied to by the late night guy. Said he would bring a fan. Asked for a handicapped room for my wife. Was charged accordingly and the room was not handicapped! Room 127 isnt for handicapped people. I officially complained to whoever handles the complaints. They obviously just handed it off to the manager because he was completely clueless to what happened and believed his horrible employees instead of listening to my concerns. He sent email saying it's been busy but I finally got a chance to.investigate...um yeah this happened the same day he sent it. Said I reserved a room (I walked in) said I asked in advance for handicapped room 118 (the only room they have) yeah guys...you read it right. I didnt stay in room 118 I was in 127. Had the receipt to show himnI even told him the smallest details in room 127 for proof I was in room 127 and he replied yes the paperwork says 127 but you stayed in our only handicapped room 118...i mean i have pictures of.the junk cars and junk mopeds right out of.my door.127. He offered a free night stay and i said no i would.like a refund as i wouldnt dare stay there again. He replied with a few choice words thinking I'm a complete liar and said they would refund the 76.05 i paid. Needless to say he did not. I forwarded a cc all of the response to a email I assumed was the owner. Never heard back. Never was refunded. They are complete morons that have a mormon leading them. I was nice and very polite the entire time but I hope this review lands to someone that can review their performances and make the changes necessary for the ones paying and deserve better than junk cars and mopeds, non working lights and air conditioning and over priced rooms that they offer but we do not receive. Plain and simple... pathetic at its finest. You disgust me mr. General manager of liars. You know they lied just to save their own butts and it was obvious. Now I give me the refund you said you would. Not because I want it, but because you sir, owe it to me and my wife for the miserable night you allow to happen. I'll gladly post the emails of our conversations here for all to read. I believe that's within reasons to allow people to see how you handle your customers that are wronged.nMICHAEL BURNS
