Shopped at both St. Matthews and Clarksville, both friendly and helpful. Great places for bicycle newbies to get questions answered.nnMy Electra cruiser is my new best friend, and Scheller's has helped me with soft handles for my hand arthritis, fenders, and a bike rack that fits my car. I couldn't have picked a better place to start.

Love Scheller's. Quality bikes at quality bike prices. Labor is very reasonable if not downright inexpensive. Very knowledgeable staff. Parts for older bikes are also inexpensive.

We had a great experience purchasing a Trek bike for my son's 13th birthday. We will recommend Scheller's any day AND drive the hour to get there.

I dropped off a wheel at Scheller’s at the end of September to replace a broken spoke and true the wheel. I was told that they could not get to it until 10/10. Having heard nothing by 10/12, I called and was told it was not ready, but the salesperson would leave a note for the mechanic. This exchange repeated itself almost verbatim on 10/15. When I called in today (10/19) I was told that they did not have a spoke and had not ordered it yet. I asked that the manager, Nick, call me. He did not, so I went in, picked my wheel and took it to Clarksville Schwinn just down the road. They replaced the spoke on the spot. Scheller’s has a beautiful store, but terrible customer service.
