Very polite staff and knowledgeable about what their pricing and expectations were out of renters, would highly recommend if someone is trying buy their first home or get there credit built up.
Very disappointednI'm on my husband's account.nBut my sons father got approved to live here an he is a violent felon.nAll while I and my husband got turned down for something way less its pretty messed up considering the fact he has a steady job an income an we could afford the place. They just didn't want to approve us for no reason.
Has sign up along 65 N. stating RVs wellcome. But there not set up to acomidate RVs. VERY SAD
The managers and their crew have been absolutely wonderful. They have been great about ensuring any problems I have had get taken care of. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Management getting better: 1)needs to trim or remove older trees. 2) find out why coop bills are much higher than city.
