Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Can't remember the bartenders name but he was great. Thanks for a wonderful experience, I will for sure stay at this location when I'm in town for business.
Overall, the experience is very pleasing. The rooms are modern and comfortable. There is a pool and a gym that is open. Most of the workers are very nice and welcoming, and I love that room service is only offered upon request. However, the breakfast situation, is not ideal, to say the least. I understand that due to current circumstances, they are trying their best, and I appreciate that. However, they offer barely any options, the servers are confused, and you have to pay around ten dollars. Quite a ripoff if you ask me, and not excused by COVID-19. Also, we found a flea on one of our towels, which was rather concerning and a little disgusting, especially considering the fact that it is not a pet friendly hotel.
We have stayed here several times and never had a bad experience.
The Inn is super clean and most the staff are very friendly. Shops are nearby as well as an antique mall that is fantastic! The bartender was very talkative and friendly. The only downfall is they want to charge for water bottles in the room with the price per night being on the higher end it should be complimentary and the food prices are a little high for what you get, except for the breakfast. The breakfast was exceptional! The morning staff were professional and friendly. One of the best places we have stayed.
From the front desk to the people running the restaurant and cleaning the rooms, all great people who are ready to help.
