Front desk people were extremely nice. Morning person was a helpful, lovely (and pretty) delight. Night shift had a nice dude at desk and it was very quiet. Chair in room needs to be replaced, but very clean, well maintained room. Fridge, microwave, nice big screen. Restaurants within a hop, skip and a jump. Shopping strip mall across the way.
My wife and send the weekend here for our Anniversary and we had a great time. Everyone was so help wife places to eat and so friendly. We will truly be back. Plus it was surround by great places to eat and shop. Again this was a great place to stay.
Service is great, the rooms were neat and tidy and surprisingly posh. The pool is my favorite. Good location near outlet mall and ALL the food.
The beds are extremely stiff, the hotel is dated, the management is extremely rude, the entire hotel reeks of spice that burns your nostrils and the hallways are very dirty. Will not be staying here ever again and I suggest you don’t either. There are extremely nice Hilton’s and Hampton Inn’s across the street.. splurge the extra $20 and stay there because this place will try to nickel and dime you on fees anyways.
So far I highly recommend this Best Western. Gonna see how breakfast is in the morning to finalize my opinion. The room is very nice, sleek and modern, pet friendly, clean, pool is warm and the guy at the desk is really nice.
