Checked into the Ecnonolodge. Front desk person wasn’t at the desk. When she came to the counter she wasn’t wearing a face covering. She put one on. Wasn’t pleasant. Coughing, without turning away from the counter or into her arm.nnProceeded to my room. The floor was in rough condition. The area under and behind the toilet was not clean.nnI left the room in less than 10 minutes and checked into another hotel. I did not go back into the hotel lobby to get a refund because I didn’t want to further expose myself to the front desk person.nnI called Choice Customer service 4 times for a refund of my money. Was on hold for 20-30 minutes before talking to a person. 3 times the call dropped. I could not get the help I needed because the computer system was down company wide. I was given a case number, 9982747nnThe service representative called the hotel to get the refund process going. The hotel general manager was supposed to call me the next day. Did not. Called the hotel and was told there is not general manager. Renee the person I spoke with on the phone said she would have to pass this onto management and they would call me the next day. It has been 3 days and no phone call.nnAs of right now, my issue isn’t resolved to my satisfaction. I am preparing to activate my legal team.

This Econo Lodge Zero stars!nTo bad it makes you select onenndon't waste your time or money, spend another $50. and get a cleannroom, good nights rest. Unless your looking for a cheap nasty motel and drugs.nfor the money they charge. Rooms should come equipped with a microwave, a shower that works, cold air conditioner, ice machine that works. They have all this but they will tell you that the maintenance man will be fixing it tomorrow.nLike I said, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY spend the extra $50. down the street.

It's getting better....many improvements are being made. Nothing fancy but overall, it's fairly nice.

rented my room late in the night around 11pm and there was no toilet paper stocked, or on the roll. i noticed mold around the toilet and the wall near the shower. the bathroom did not smell clean at all. within two hours I saw a cockroach climbing up the wall by the bed. booked a room for two nights... that will not be happening, leaving first thing in the morning.

I would like to say that this place was at least decent. But I think decent is being generous. It was horrible customer service. The desk lady was being snappy and rude. I would suggest that you just would skip this place and spend your money else where.
