Very clean, very friendly staff. The room was cute and up to date. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had decent water pressure. Great pool and in the perfect spot if you want to enjoy the sunshine while in it. My only suggestion would be to open the pool at 6am for people who would like to take a swim before they go to work. I asked the front desk if I could even though it didn't open until 9am and they said that was fine. I would recommend this location to anyone. Thanks for a nice, peaceful stay
1st night here, so far so good. No complaints. Bed is super comfy. Softball tournament obviously going on and hearing no noise.
Very modern updated hotel. One of the best I have stayed at for a holiday Inn. Internet speed is 5 to 8 meg
Rooms are too expensive for no amenities. If there were breakfast or dining rooms open to enjoy it would've been different since covid has shut down everything the prices of the rooms should have reflected it. Disappointed in Holiday Inn.
We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel was beautiful, so clean and decorated beautifully! I went with my son and daughter and we had a perfect night's stay! The Manager was exceptional, his name was Kelsey and gave us sincere, genuinely top notch service that is hard to find at most hotels! We also LOVED the breakfast the next morning. It was a full breakfast, not just a donut and orange juice but delicious eggs, bacon, hash brown casserole and honestly anything you would want at a nice restaurant. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the Columbus, IN area!
