You all became my bike shop! As I am very rough on my bikes. :) I got Jesse's name - greeted me with a smile! Didn't get the other younger blonde guys name, but extremely helpful as well! Quick, Same-day repair! Didn't nickel and dime me at all! Very knowledgeable team with a passion for biking.

I was looking to upgrade my mountain bike and spent quite a bit of time shopping around town and demoing bikes. They had my dream bike in stock, the demo terrain behind their store was perfect for seeing how well the bike handled uphill and obstacles and Michelle provided the best customer services out of any of the stores I visited in Redmond & Bend. Eric helped me get acquainted with my new bike and they both seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the best fit for my needs and budget. I would highly recommend Trinity Bikes.

Great selection of bikes in a full service shop. The products are top-notch and the expertise behind it was even better. We were just getting our bikes and accessories pulled together and needed a lot of guidance. Based on the super knowledgeable and non-pushy approach, we leaned on Eric and Mandy to help us lead the way. We couldn't be happier with the way they treated us and we are now enjoying the mountain on our new Treks! Eric was awesome on the phone helping me find a good size to fit her that she won’t grow out of in 2 weeks and I was able to do everything over the phone since I didn’t have time to get over there in person.
