This bike shop truly cares about their customers. I'm newer to biking and multiple times I have gone in and asked questions that I later realized were silly. Each time they treated me with respected and recommended cheaper options that would fix my problem even though I had asked for things I thought I needed completed, but didn't. The customer service and experience in this bike shop ranks among the best businesses period that I've ever dealt with.
