Howard Johnson by Wyndham Clifton NJ

The staff was nice and very accommodating, baby crib, etc. The room was great, fridge and microwave were helpful. There are many eateries and stores within a short walk from the hotel. Hotel room was clean and very enjoyable. My wife and I had a good time with our baby son.

Had to change rooms as the shower did not work. Was given a key to the wrong room and had to go back for a third key. While I was waiting heard another customer on the phone who was upset as they also had to change rooms. Called down to ask if they had a vending machine and was told they had food/drinks at the front desk. Went down to get food but could not charge it to the room or to debit as they only took cash. Not sure why they didnt say that when we called to ask but it definitely led to yet another trip up and down the elevator. Also heard another customer calling the police due to having complaints with the front desk. Would not come back or recommend to others

Room was not clean . Bathroom was dirty crumbs in between curtains and balcony . Very uncomfortable!! For the price of the room very small . Hope they renovate this place and hire some staff to do a good cleaning job .

Save the headache, Came from out of town for the weekend, they would not allow a friend to visit. Told me this is not a house, and i have to pay per person, even tho the person was not staying with me. YOU MAKE NO SENSE!nnDID NOT STAY HERE AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME. Will be filing a claim with my credit card company.

Roaches everywhere ,the staff is rude, they kicked out a mother and child in front of us.the rooms are dirty and un kept .elevators don't work .hotel smells like curry .
