The staff is professional, friendly and attentive. I always feel welcome when walking into the lobby or calling the front desk. The common areas are well styled and sharply maintained. These little details among others, are what makes me proud to live in this community. I will continue to stay here for as long as they keep up the great work.

My husband and I stayed here while he was on assignment for 6 months with our young daughter. The staff working here are amazing, super friendly, super helpful, and overall welcoming. The building is very aesthetically pleasing and clean inside and out. The housekeepers and maintenance staff are friendly and professional. Overall a very pleasant nice experience. Would 100% recommend staying here.

All of your (AVE) staff (including housekeeping) were wonderful, but Danny and Connor are our favorites! We look forward to when it will be safe to have coffee in the lounge again! We are so happy we referred my parents who are staying with you RIGHT NOW!
