Bend/Sisters Garden RV Resort

Gotta say I’m pretty disappointed with how the owner, Andrew handled a simple inquiry about the cancellation policy..I called to get the scoop on what exactly the cancellation policy was and reached a woman that worked there. I was informed that since I was within the 2 week mark, it was 25$ and I could receive the remaining 75$ otherwise I’d lose the 100$ deposit. Cool no big deal wasn’t expecting much different...then I got a call from the owner first thing in the morning a day or to later from Andrew that was just plain rude. Telling me the land owner I was speaking with HAD to give me an answer TODAY, immediately otherwise I’m in violation of the their policies.nnDUDE I was just looking for some clarification and I got it from your employee, I’m happy to take my money elsewhere ud83dude09

Just AWESOME in every way.nI am an EXTREMELY hard person to impress and these guys knocked it out of the park in all levels from customer service, amenities, friendliness.nnWe were evacuated from the holiday farm fire and had to find a place until we could return...they were there for us!nnI'd like to thank all of them for their exceptional professionalism and caring ways.nnI'd like to think that Andrew went far out of his way just for us but, I am positive that he and the entire staff treat anyone with the respect and dignity as they would the next in the line of all.nnMy wife and I are PROUD ud83dudc9dud83dude0a to give the highest praise for the entire staff and the park.nnKudos ud83dudc4d, to you all.nnNot a place to miss in your travels.nnScott and Lucy Wright.

A true garden oasis! The grounds are beautiful & immaculate! The amenities are clean, beautiful & generous! The bathrooms are like a spa! Super pet friendly! We loved the workout stations in the forest!! Staff is generous, kind, very helpful & professional! Don is our favorite! Don is friendly, a true gentleman, & on point for any guests needs! This is the BEST RV Resort we have stayed in!!! Thank you for giving us a fantastic experience!!!ud83dudc96

It’s a lovely maintained RV park suitable for all ages. We were assigned #45 a pull through large enough for our 35’ TT plus truck. Once settled in we looked around the grounds and look the short ride to Sisters. I purchased some groceries at Rays, prices are $$$$$$ for simple groceries and would recommend going back to Bend to purchase necessary goods for your stay. Back to the resort. It is well maintained and the front desk was polite and helpful. They escort you to your spot and help you settle in. They wear masks which was appreciated. We took a walk around the grounds the first evening and discovered that the road noise is bad no matter where you are, too bad because without that, it would be perfect.

We were traveling to the Seattle area to visit family and only stayed 1 night here, but were so impressed we will be back and stay much longer. This place is beautiful!
