Amazing space. So nice that we extended our stay. The amenities where incredible, the staff was excellent, and Sisters is a charming town with lots to do. I hope to return again for another relaxing vacation.
great place. Very nice, clean and tasteful room with extremely comfortable bed. Deep soaking tub and large shower. Japanese touch to the architecture and vibe. Trails right behind the property. On-site restaurant with good food. Excellent customer service.
This place looks really nice, but feels cold. The staff were nice. Beautiful bath tubs, but no bath salts or bubble bath. No amenities in the bathroom except soap and shampoo. I expect more from a place like this.
This was our second trip here, and both were magnificent. There was an issue with our tub the first night we stayed in the serenity cabin, and we ended up wasting a specialty bath bomb. A maintenance person came to our aide in the morning, and the front office, who were more than apologetic, provided us with 2 replacement bath bombs, bubble bath, champagne, and a few other goodies. They went above and beyond, and easily exceeded our expectations. Everything about this place is amazing.
