Woodland East Manufactured Community

This is where we will be living and we love this clean, well maintained and quiet Senior park. Woodland is a small town with easy access to I-5 and Vancouver is only 20 minutes away. I think we are going to like living here.

New owners raised rent by 50% Last owner was very nice

Terrible, greedy new ownership...massive rate increases, many are on fixed or limited incomes....69% rate increase all at once. .no on site management or contact.

I live here so visit everyday
