Eh could be better. Park needs help. Place is a dump. River not visible due to trees bushes ect 475 a month with no river view in certain lots . Old run down rvs with tarps covering them.for 475 a month this is what u get .

Going down hill to many kids that are disrespectful parents that are disrespectful ever since they lost Susan as the landlord that place has gone downhill unsafe environment and is becoming a very racist place to live due to all the Mexicans there trying to push the wites out they think they run the place and get away with doing whatever they want they think they're better than everybody else and deserve everything we are all equal but the Mexicans there for disrespectful their kids run rampant are loud their toys hit the cars they don't care that place you go back to no kids allowed
