I moved in here last August. It's a nice place to live. Lots of Friendly Neighbors. Fairly Quiet but not like a Graveyard. Most of the Yards are small and you just rent your space. But almost everyone has done some Landscaping, showing Pride in their Home. Some are even fully Fenced.nnWe have quite a few Kids around where I live and they are in the Streets, riding their Bikes, Skateboards, Scooters, etc or playing Ball which makes the Speed Bumps essential. And boy are there Speed Bumps! 14 of them to get to my place!nnNo parking on the Street. But there are several Guest Parking Areas scattered around.
Parks never open its ben closed for 1 year so if you have kids they will be very bored
It waa a good experience
I would love to buy house there
