Hyatt Place Fair Lawn/Paramus

Sandra, the manager, is very accommodating! She’s a gem to the business and they are lucky to have her. Will definitely stay again because of the cleanliness and the beautiful room as well as the excellent customer service. 10/10 would recommend!

My experience at the Hyatt Place Fair Lawn was a pretty decent experience I was there for a birthday party and which the kids wasn't able to use the pool, they had a room to themselves and it was overall a pretty great experience.

This location has some of the friendliest staff members I have ever come across in my life. They’re so jovial that they immediately brighten your day just by interacting with them for a few seconds.nnAlex, Andrea, Sandra, Jennifer, Aurora, and Justin are outstanding. They literally make you feel like family. I‘m not even kidding - I genuinely felt like I was staying at a family member’s place. They all have a charming personality which results from them being personable, yet professional. Even the maid staff has impeccable work ethic.nnThe room was great - clean, spacious, neat, and comfortable. There’s never a bad day in this place.nnI highly recommend this hotel. Delightful staff, great room, and great location.

This is probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. They allow quests to roam the lobby without masks, the key for the room deactivates after several hours and the hallways smell like pot. When I informed the front desk they had no reaction. I Was told “I’m sorry”.nBreakfast is included but upon arrival/check in I wasn’t informed the order had to be placed the night before in order to receive breakfast in the morning.nThe place is run down.nIt’s a dump and the people who work there seem to not want to be there.

This Hyatt was beautiful, clean and the rooms where a good size. Thanks to Justin for the hospitality. The view was great also, different... relaxing
