Clean and front desk was responsive. COVID closed the gym & there is no breakfast but it was clean & quiet. Affordable price
HORRIBLE!!! I chose this hotel because it was supposed to be Covid-safe. I stayed here last night and am here tonight again. Tonight I discovered a pee stain on my bed (which I unknowingly slept on the night before -- yuck!). I asked for a replacement sheet because I am exausted (it is now 11:30pm), and a man came to my door with a sheet in his hand, and he WAS NOT WEARING A MASK, even though the hotel advertises safe policies. Don't ever stay here. I will have to sleep on the bed without clean sheets because there is nothing else I can do.
The Room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. One problem was the Room a key. It literally worked 1 out of every 20 times or worse. When I complained about it the gentleman said yet it does that sometimes. With me it did it every time. Also, upon check out the individual was sitting playing on his laptop. When I approached the window the individual continued about his business as if I was not there. I'd literally had to tell him to stand up and come to the counter so that I could check out. If they get rid of the staff and maintain the equipment it would be a pleasurable stay.
It was ok....did not even offer coffee in lobby only coffee machine in room... no to go breakfast or nothing due to Covid-19
NO STARSnnI reserved a room at this hotel on 8/4 because my power went due to the Isais storm. It wasnt until I arrived the next day to the hotel that I found out the power was out there too and that it had been since yesterday. One with common sense would think that there would be a disclaimer or an email to go out to the guest to inform them of this so they dont waste time, gas or money on an uber.nInconsiderate and unprofessional.
