Said he would come in for an emergency ceiling/roof leak. I described my house location but he was unable to find my house which is clearly on Google, Garmin and other maps (not very resourceful) . Being hard of hearing I did not hear the phone when he called to ask then when I called him back he refused to come and was aggressive, rude and then refused to schedule at all. I would never want to deal with a company with such an individual.
