Santa Fe Stucco and Roofing

We recently had Santa Fe Stucco and Roofing replace our old pumice roof with a new Fleeceback TPO and two new skylights on our east side condo. We obtained four bids, one of which was from Caroline Stanley, Santa Fe Stucco and Roofing’s estimator. She impressed us with her knowledge of roofing options and her willingness to educate us about roofs in Santa Fe. Then, once we had chosen Santa Fe Stucco and Roofing for the job, CJ Macklin took over with his crew. During the week they were on the roof he sent us progress photos and updates daily. The entire job was done on time and within budget, which was expected, and he and his crew could not have been more accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Beautiful and professional job repairing my old foam roof. In and out in just over one day. They left no trace of the debris from the old roof. Their estimator and project manager were great at reviewing the scope of work and presenting options. Very pleased with the company.

Santa Fe Stucco and Roofing has done repair work at my primary house and re-roofed my rental property. They do excellent work and I will continue to use them in the future. So many of the roofing companies in Santa Fe don't stand behind their work. They only thing SFS&R could do better is cleanup around the yard after the job.

We also used Santa Fe Stucco and Roof for stucco. We had our entire house re-stuccoed and a new roof. They were very professional and updated us everyday on the progress of the job. Santa Fe Stucco and Roofing installed a new Gaco-flex roof over our patio and re-stuccoed our home. They were very professional throughout the process, met with us before the job started to answer questions and let us know what to expect, and provided daily status reports during the job. Their crews were clean, careful, polite and professional. Because we live in an HOA, it was necessary to match the original color of the home. Their color match is flawless.
