I had a great experience here, a young lady directed me to the birth control after i informed her that i am visually impaired. she was very helpful and respectful to my situation . I believe her name was rhonda , something like that but i can’t really see so

Went to have photos developed 11/29/2019. Those photos are still not back yet. When asking about the status of the order you are given the run around. On three different occasions I was told I’d be called with a update, most recent being on 12/24, where I asked the woman twice would she return my phone call and she said yes, because she had three others waiting on the same issue. Did I get a call today? No. Customer service piss poor.

Beautiful service, very fast, and high professionalism.

There are only 3 young techs at that pharmacy are friendly. The rest lack customer service skills and ethics. We are a family of 6 with great insurance, but their lack of customer service and negligence has forced me to go to a different pharmacy. However, people in the store are wonderful and friendly. I will continue going to the store when I don’t have to pickup medicine.
